Il tuo nuovo ruoloWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations for our well-established portfolio of clients across Europe. This is a senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of the Cosmetics, FMCG, and Fragrances sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver growth and value to our clients and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients across Europe.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each client's needs and market dynamics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Cosmetics, FMCG, and Fragrances industries.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- Report on sales activities, market insights, and revenue performance to senior management.
