Your new companyOur client is a historic Italian company specializing in the production and sale of professional kitchen.
To strengthen their commercial presence across Eastern & Central Europe, the Balkans, and selected CIS countries, they have entrusted us with the search for a Sales Manager to be based within the target region.
Your new roleThe role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing regional partnerships, and expand market presence accross multiple countries. The role will focus on increasing business in countries where long‑standing distributors are already present, while also identifying new partners in regions where sales volumes are not yet fully developed. The position requires strong commercail acumen, understanding of regional market dynamics, and the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy
- Manage and grow strategic key account network;
- Identify new business opportunities in HoReCa and Institutional segments
- Lead negotiations and close B2B projects
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape
What You Need to SucceedProven B2B sales experience in professional kitchen equipment, foodservice, or related technical sectors
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics (Eastern & Central Europe & CIS)
Experience working with distributors and cross-border partners
Results-oriented, autonomous, and commercially driven
Willingness to travel within the region
English – professional level, Russian or any additional regional languages are a strong advantage
Work location: home‑based, with a preferred residence in Poland or the Czech Republic.
