Production Manager - Assembly

Multinational Manufacturing Company

Our Client is a Multinational Manufacturing Company.
For its plant located in Emilia-Romagna, we're looking for a Production Manager, who will be responsible for the Assembly Team.

Main responsibilities

  • To oversee production into the assigned business unit ensuring the alignment with the request defined through the Monthly Operative Plan;
  • To analyze production KPIs, in terms of quality, safety and deliver;
  • To manage operations schedules and workforce requirements based on product/operational forecasting and equipment efficiency;
  • To ensure that the products meet the expected quality standards
  • To collaborate together with the Plant Manager in order to define the strategy related to the assigned Business Unit and manage the assigned budget accordingly with it;
  • To work with the other managers in order to bring changes in the people's mindset aligned with the Company Culture, Cultural Beliefs and Focus Five;
  • To promote the Company accountability model inside his/her team.

Main requirements

  • Strong knowledge and academic background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At minimum 5–6 years of experience in a Heavy Manufacturing Company
  • Good knowledge of products and productive processes;
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and roles;
  • Good knowledge of the Quality procedure;
  • Knowledge of Lean productions system and tools
