We are looking for an IT Solution Designer to join our global team in the Consumer Technology Center of Excellence for an important company in the confectionery sector.

Role Overview:

As an IT Solution Designer, you will design and support the implementativo of tailored IT solutions on our web platform with 300+ websites.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with global architects and international business units to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
- Support architecture design, implementativo, and country rollouts, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Work closely with development teams, vendors, and partners to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Manage platform upgrades, coordinate stakeholders, and collaborate with Service Management to maintain service quality.
- Ensure IT procedures for testing, monitoring, cybersecurity, and support handovers are followed.
- Provide 3rd level support, perform technical analysis, code reviews, and lead pilot projects in web and consumer data platforms.

What we expect:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Knowledge of Drupal CMS
