Communications Specialist

Internal Communication & Employer Branding
Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Saluzzo (CN), is looking for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist.

Within the HR team, he/she will be responsible for internal and external communication activities across the entire Group (Italy + UK). In particular:

  • Draft and distribute Group newsletters and messages to support corporate culture.
  • Manage and update the internal communication calendar.
  • Support internal campaigns and initiatives with consistent messaging and materials that foster engagement and a sense of belonging among employees.
  • Maintain internal communications and photographic archives.
  • Create and update corporate and ad‑hoc presentations.
  • Produce content for press releases, social media, and websites.
  • Develop employer branding strategies across all platforms (particularly LinkedIn and company website).
  • Ensure that all internal and external content reflects the Group’s values.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product Management & Sustainability Departments to ensure communication is aligned with brand messages and strategic objectives.
  • Manage media and stakeholder relations to strengthen the Group’s reputation.
  • Manage the calendar of internal and public events.
  • Organize and support the execution of events and trade fairs.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills in both Italian and English.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or other Humanities-related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in the communication field.
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Location: Saluzzo (CN) on site, with frequent business trip to the UK plant.

Salary package: will be defined based on actual experience, with an indicative range between € 30.000 and € 35.000.
